Mandi Brower is the COO and 3rd Generation Family Business Owner of 8 retail operations earning West Michigan’s Best and Brightest in both 2017 and 2018, West Coast Small Business Person of the Year in 2018 and West Coast Leadership Business Award in 2016.

Mandi and her team grew Quality Car Wash & Tommy’s Express from 3 Corporate owned locations to 8 in less than a decade for a total increase of 231% sales growth adding 245 new jobs to the West Michigan area.

She attributes her success in creating culture change to leading teams with vision, compassion, problem solving, analytics and a “can do” mindset. Mandi possess a BA and Associates in Accounting. She also serves in multiple board positions and coaches Little League Baseball. Married for 19 years, Mandi has 3 Boys – Jakob 12 Adopted from Ethiopia, Ethan 10, Aiden 8, 2 dogs and a cat.
