She has worked with leading organizations including IBM, Countrywide Financial, and Farmers Insurance, as well as numerous non-profits.
As the owner of Saterfield Coaching & Consulting, Shariem delivers corporate-level coaching and impactful workshops to help individuals and organizations maximize potential, overcome challenges, and grow with confidence.
